“This album was recorded live during a concert with the Amici String Quartet at the Woordfees Festival in Stellenbosch, South Africa in March 2018.

The concert begins with Vivaldi´s famous lute concerto, RV93 and is followed by Boccerini´s wonderful ´Fandango´ Quintet for guitar and strings. The Amici quartet then perform a rendition of Carlos Gardel´s ´Por una cabeza´ before finishing the concert with Morgan´s arrangements of two movements from Piazzolla´s ´History of the Tango´, ´Cafe 1930´and ´Nightclub´ 1960. “

The cover art is the Protea, South Africa´s beautiful emblem and national flower.
